David is a nationally recognized industry leader in Renewable Energy and a pioneer in Virtual Power Plant technology. He is a recipient of the 2019 Google Innovation Award. He received his MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.Â

Project Kandor is an eco smart city campus located in Ford Heights, IL.
At some point in your life, you’ve probably seen some trending topic like Crypto, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, etc. and thought “What is this, and why should I care?” Project Kandor is being created to provide an interactive space for the common man to tinker with, explore and speak with knowledgeable professionals concerning these technological breakthroughs.
Project Kandor has 3 core purposes: 1. To serve as a co-op for emerging and impact technology companies to demonstrate their products 2. Technology Learning Center and 3. Miniature displays of futuristic technology. When a person can physically see, touch and understand how a thing works it helps change the public narrative and furthers the acceleration of that tech.
